SmoothWall pledges to support all versions for a minimum of 3 years from the date of release.
The 2008 product set will therefore be supported until at least April 2011. All product modules will be supported as long as the base system on which they are running; (e.g. SmoothHost 4.0 will be supported until April 2008 in line with Corporate Firewall 4.0)

Definition of 'Supported'
We will continue to provide patches, sell subscription updates, support contracts, upgrade assurance and annual renewals (provided that a reinstatement charge is paid). When support for products ceases, these services will also cease. We will endeavor to honor existing support contracts (for unsupported products) on a 'best effort' basis.
