Our hardware appliances include a standard one (1) year return to base warranty. This warranty can be upgraded to "Expedited Replacement" (a replacement appliance is shipped to site before the failed unit is returned) to minimize potential network disruption. Unfortunately, due to logistics reasons, Expedited Replacement is not available in all countries please contact us to check availability in your region.
